Diffusion Programmable ROM compiler
Memory generation facilities are offered as an extra service in addition
to the Design environment (HIT-Kit). Data for different memory configurations can
be generated. The compiler system itself is not available for distribution.
The generation of frontend simulation models is free of charge and can be done through a web interface (registered customers only), backend services are charged per instance independently of type and size of memory. Please clarify commercial aspects of a memory backend order with the sales person who is responsible for your site.
Depending on the technology there are 2 different generators for single port RAMs in use:
- 0.8 µm BiCMOS process family and 0.8 µm CMOS/CMOS high voltage process family
- 0.35 µm CMOS/BiCMOS/SiGe process family
Depending on the compiler system there are different features for frontend and backend services available. Please refer to the description of the compiler system for the requested technology. Please notice that these compiler systems have a different architecture, so functionality is not identical between the compiler systems.
